Pre-release

This is the new version 0.2.0 of the theme Responsive1, that is only compatible to the MyLittleForum (MLF) versions 20220508.1 (2.5.0), 20220509.1 (2.5.1) and 20220517.1 (2.5.2). The version 0.2.0 is not compatible with any older version (namely not being compatible to all versions of the MLF 2.4.x-branch) and also not compatible with newer versions (currently the available versions 20220529.1 (2.5.3) and 20220803.1 (2.5.4)).

This version provides the necessary changes to be able to use all functions of the supported versions of MLF.

In the forum software it is possible to define images in forum entries as floated images, so that the rest of the content flows around the images. This feature was not supported by the theme Responsive1 until now. I implemented this for the Responsive1-version 0.2.1, which is compatible with the MLF versions 20220529.1 (2.5.3) and 20220803.1 (2.5.4) and backported it to the branch for the MLF-2.4.x-versions. This is the only change compared with the previous release 0.1.19.

It is avaliable with this release from now on for MLF versions 2.4.22 to 2.4.24.

A lot of housekeeping Pre-release
Pre-release

This release is compatible with My Little Forum versions 2.4.20 and 2.4.21.

Changes

  • new icons for bookmarks, unregistered users and a semitransparent icon for general purposes
  • display the user-icon in the user menu in front of the user name (linking to the profile) and in the header bar of forum entries in the threaded and linear views of a thread (as alternative to the user avatar)
  • display a new icon bookmark.svg as replacement of the notepad.svg for the usecase bookmarks
  • display a new icon visitor.svg in the threaded and linear views of threads for entries of unregistered users
  • simplification of a few CSS-selectors because of the introduction of new elements and IDs that would need additional selectors for similar rules
  • replace the native checkboxes of the browsers and operating systems with graphics because in some browsers the checkboxes are not appropriate zoomed with the font size
  • rwwork of the user list in the admin area
    • put the link to lock/unlock a user to the item tools, remove the now obsolete dedicated table column
    • put the link to the user profile to the item tools, replace the old link (column username) with the label to select several users for deletion
  • display the submenu items as a horizontal list of icons (without the link text) in narrow viewports (in example mobile devices in portrait mode) instead displaying them as vertical lists
  • mark registered users with a dedicated font colour, until now only adminstrators and moderators had their own font colours

Fixes

  • apply identical rules for similar use cases with adding selectors to existing rulesets
  • corrected the use of a closing tag where an opening tag is needed
  • corrected wrong nesting of elements that caused the main tabled view of the forum to be broken
  • a few small changes of shape and colour for the checkmark icon to make the icon better recognisable
