[SDK-3658] Default scopes for authorize call (hooks only) #522

Changes

This change means that openid profile email scope is always passed to the call to authorize() when using the hook. Futhermore, care is taken to ensure duplicate scopes are not passed even if the developer specifies them themselves.

Testing

Please describe how this can be tested by reviewers. Be specific about anything not tested and reasons why. If this library has unit and/or integration testing, tests should be added for new functionality and existing tests should complete without errors.

Added a couple of tests other than that everything looks great 👍
