In the AIM IGatewayRequest AddCustomer method, there is not way to enter the customers city. This is also the case for the AddShipping method.

I just noticed that myself... there is a City property, but it seems like AddCustomer should have a city parameter, too.

Looks to be a simple correction, we will likely fork it and add the parameter in a few days.
