Show proper error and guide if JSON API is disabled #38

If you have the JSON API disabled in Jetpack and you try and save to draft you get this at the bottom of the add on window:

Instead we should show a proper error and maybe detect this specific case and explain how to fix it / link to a support page specifically for this.

Note: I disabled the JSON API after authorizing the connection
