This will make it easier to generate AUR packages for Arch-based distros.
It should also make it easier to release new versions, without the need to create a branch and update the Cargo.lock after releasing.
The Tag should also with with
cargo fetch --frozen, since the lockfile is no longer behind when releasing (Helps with #24).
