Description of changes
CONTRIBUTING.mdfile.Testing custom indexwas a point-in-time doc that appeared to have been written for the release of the feature some number of years ago, docs should replace that.transform-tutorialwas just a sink to the JS docs, I doubt folks are using that to arrive at the docs site, which is already linked from the README and CONTRIBUTING files.Verified that these weren't referenced in either our repo, cli, codegen, or docs.
