fix(rds): added deleteAutomatedBackups property to database cluster writer/reader

Allows to specify the deleteAutomatedBackups property on writer and reader database clusters.

The deleteAutomatedBackups props is not used at the instance level

Amazon Aurora
Not applicable. When you delete a DB cluster, all automated backups for that DB cluster are deleted and can't be recovered. Manual DB cluster snapshots of the DB cluster are not deleted.
