Could you provide an example of the format you are using in your JSON file? The error seems to be about the format of the value, not the fact that it is coming from a file rather than a literal string. |

When attempting to pass a "file://"-style filename to the --option-settings parameter to elasticbeanstalk's create-environment, I receive the following response, indicating that using a filename is not possible. The documentation in source code examples, as well as the online documentation suggests this should be possible.
