Issue
This brings the dynamodb document client generator in line with smithy-lang/smithy-typescript#1206
There is no actual diff because the DynamoDBDocument "client" does not extend any of the optional-args commands from DynamoDB like listTables.
Testing
code gen client-dynamodb which also generates lib-dynamodb
