80% of our release note are schema updates.
We don't do a transform release until every Tuesday.
We can reduce the number of chore schema update PRs by setting it to be every Tuesday at 8am PST (9am PDT).
Description of how you validated changes
Only crons change, should be able to see less # of PRs and make sure PR does show up every Tuesday.
