Description of changes:

• aws-java-sdk.version: 1.12.130 -> 1.12.296
• lombok: 1.18.22 -> 1.18.24
• logback-classic: 1.4.0 -> 1.3.0
  • downgraded to 1.3.0 as 1.4.0 only supports Java11
• rxjava: 3.1.3 -> 3.1.5
• maven-resources-plugin: 2.6 -> 3.3.0
• awssdk.version: 2.17.267 -> 2.17.268
