Avx512 support
Add sse42 avx512_intrinsics support
…, turn it off once we know what's supported where.
… for crc32 on intel as well.

Added CRC64 with aarch64 and intel vectorization with sw fallback. Contains an AVX512 implementation for crc32 and crc32c as well.
