Description of changes:
Looking at other Python packages with C extensions, such as Numpy, cryptography, and scikit-learn, they specify the supported operating systems rather than stating OS independent. Since
crt-pythonincludes C extensions and the distribution for one platform will not work on another, this PR updates the documentation to avoid confusion.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
