This release coincides with Media Insights Engine release v2.0.3.

• Upgrade axios package to resolve security deficiency

Documentation changes:

• The Implementation Guide has been moved to the MIE repo
• The Readme now includes front-end relavent info from the Implementation Guide, such as Elasticsearch consumer info and advanced installation and build instructions

This release coincides with Media Insights Engine release v2.0.0. There is relatively little new in this release. Mostly just doc updates and yaml updates for compatibility with MIE v2.0.0.

• Update CloudFormation templates to use the latest MIE release (v2.0.0)

This release of the Media Insights application coincides with Media Insights Engine release v1.0.0. This is the first release of the MIE demo app since the it was removed from the MIE repository and into this one.
