For the Bar Chart,
Y axis label is showing on the top for the Bar Chart.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add the bar chart widget
Add some properties
Open the Configuration panel and enter Y axis label in the Axis section

Expected behavior
Show the Y axis label on the left of the axis similar to Line chart.
