Describe the bug
When a row is already expanded and expanded prop is set to true the icons turns to '+'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expand a row with at least 2 hierarchy levels
Switch the expanded prop to true
The already expanded row '-' turn to '+', the row remains expanded though which is expected

Expected behavior
The row should remain as '-'
