Unable to build AWSAccelerator-ToolkitProject LZA 1.6.1

Describe the bug
Review step failed at the Diff stage everytime with the error:

To Reproduce
i'm unable to reproduce, the previous attemps failed at the logging step with an error :
AWSAccelerator-KeyStack-381492145661-ca-central-1 failed: AlreadyExistsException: ChangeSet AWSAccelerator-KeyStack-381492145661-ca-central-1-change-set cannot be created due to a mismatch with existing attribute ClientToken

I then Rerun the build and everytime i'm getting the Unexpected end of JSON input.
