ES6 rewrite, drop Lethargy and most dependencies
- dropped Lethargy dependency to move that responsability back to userland
- dropped object-assign, bindall-standalone depencies
- rewrote as an ES6 class
- added built library (in lib folder) so it can be used without build step or with CDNs
