We add the "trove classifiers" matching the versions listed in the TravisCI
build matrix so that tools like caniusepython3 will list the library as
supported.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 80.87% when pulling df897a3 on feature/jcw/declare-py3-support into ef9e707 on master.

Looks like the build failed because Python 3.3 isn't available anymore, but everything else in the build matrix passed.

Python 3.3 and 3.4 are no longer supported and builds fail because they are no
longer installable.
These are the two latest versions of Python.
