For certain applications, it is useful to be able to pull all user stats as a single file. This PR enables this function through the
/reportendpoint. Initially, this feature simply pulls the entireuser_statisticsmaterialized view (minus some columns, including editor, hashtag, and country) and serves it up as text. Future work can alter the return format and/or content.
