Current Behaviour

Toughness apply 30 stamina after relogin

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Toughness 6 should apply 60 stamina

Learn mining from trainer
set skill to 450
You can see the spell Toughness apply 60 stamina
Log out
Log in - the spell Toughness only apply 30 stamina
