Uncontrolled Voidwalker does not cast Void Drain and Coalesce

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Uncontrolled Voidwalker should cast the above on rotation

Steps to reproduce the problem

Check out the NPCs from the list above. For example these:
.go creature 59368 (missing "Void Drain" and "coalesce")

Extra Notes

I found a list of fixes from TrinityCore adding some abilities and scripts for NPC. I checked on PTR and this list of missing abilities and scripts seems to be relevant for AzerothCore as well. I'll leave the links here, maybe it will be possible to port it to AzerothCore?
