(ArenaSpectator): Player remaining count does not update for spectators.

Current Behaviour

Currently when you spectate an arena match, the worldstates for how many players remain on each team updates only for those fighting, not for those spectating.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Worldstates should update for both players and spectators.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Do arena.
2. Spectate arena.
3. Observe counter no worky.

Extra Notes

I understand the arena spectator thing is a custom feature that honestly shouldn't exist in stock AC, but this is an issue anyhow so I'm reporting it.
