@laryn it should be hook_entity_info not hook_entity_plus_info. Otherwise I think it looks ok.

I've double checked the changes with entity_plus and they all look good.

Thanks @laryn and @herbdool. I have now successfully updated an existing site to use use Rules with Entity Plus instead of EMW.
