cygwin-rsyncd-3.2.3.1 release

Added some missing libraries. See #8. Thanks to @ossama-othman for reporting and testing the new version.

cygwin-rsyncd-3.2.3.0 release

This release is based on rsync 3.2.3 and cygwin 3.1.7.

One change was made to rsync 3.2.3: --no-msgs2stderr is the default to avoid an old bug that could occur in BackupPC 3.x running with File::RsyncP versions 0.74 and older. Versions of File::RsyncP ≥ 0.76 fix this issue. BackupPC 4.x doesn't use File::RsyncP and will work with or without the --no-msgs2stderr option.

cygwin-rsyncd-3.1.2.1 release

This is a new cygwin-rsyncd release that removes blat.exe, and adds a charset=utf8 setting in rsyncd.conf.

This version was updated by Yves Ouvrie.

Note: this installer will only work on 64 bit windows machines. If you have a 32 bit windows machine, you should use the cygwin-rsyncd-3.0.9.0 release, available on SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/backuppc/files/cygwin-rsyncd/3.0.9.0.
