Back button works in unexpected way in long lists

If I've scrolled down many pages into a list of items (log items, for instance), and click on an entry, then hit the 'back' button, I'm taken back the beginning of the list and have to scroll down again, clicking "Load more" many times. The back button should take me back to where I was before in the list.
