Introduce Semtype witness

Purpose

Please note that this is not the completed PR, just wanted to get some opinions.

• Im in the process of adding test cases.

Todo items

• Produce witnesses to subtypes where we doesn't implement isEmpty method, for instance int subtypes.
  • Generate a random value and test to see if it belong to the said type and if so take that as a witness, else repeat.
