Does Typebot intend to some way integrate with Chatwoot using its own widget inbox, instead of using the Typebot one and then opening above the Chatwoot one?
I don't know you guys, but for me it's kind of awkward for a user having to communicate with two separate widgets on the process. Especially having the Chatwoot raising above the Typebot, while both of them are open at the same time.
Chatwoot already has a good API documentation, so I think it wouldn't be hard to receive the messages from there and responding accordingly with the Typebot workflow.
