Broken instructions for starting the REPL

says this:-
"Go to Firefox Tools menu and select MozLab → Start MozRepl. MozRepl is now listening for connections on the default port 4242."

However, there is no "Tools" menu anyplace I can find in firefox. Working instructions with pictures might be better.

Press Alt+T to show "Tools" menu.
Alternatively: Right-click on toolbar (somewhere between buttons) ensure item "Menu Bar" checked to show menu bar with tools submenu.

On Linux it's F10. I edited the wiki line, and suppose this issue can be closed.
