Notes pop-up "Mouse over" occasionally remains permanent

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opening a projekt
2."Mouse over" the little symbol at the end of a task line for showing the note
3.

What is the expected output? 
I expect the display of the "note" of the task to vanish, when I put the mouse 
to another region in the diagram. 

What do you see instead?
In most times it behave like that, but from time to time the display of one of 
the notes remains visible even after moving the mouse away. Other "notes" 
become visible additionally in that situation, when I put the "mouse over" them 
and they vanish after leaving the area. But the one described note remains 
permanent all the time until I close the program and restart it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ganttproject 2.7 on MS-Windows 8.1 64 bit

I see am seeing this too.  I currently have two notes stuck on the display.
