FreeBSD fix missing ddl update files for 2171_2192 and 2192_2210 database migration. #1147

This PR add the missing files to the FreeBSD packages, and sort ascendingly the list.
We removed also two leftover files.

If desired this PR can be extended to fix also the location of our script (actually installed to /usr/lib/bareos/script) when they should goes to /usr/local/lib/bareos/scripts) (this part will not be backported to 21)
