regress: removed user specific paths in config files #247

Cleanup configuration files by removing user specific paths.

Especially renamed .conf files into .conf.in so the placeholder for the regress folder can be replaced by the actual path on the build host.

Then replaced the user specific paths by the mentioned placeholder @regressdir@ that in turn will be replaced during the cmake configuration run.
