regress: removed user specific paths in config files #247

- renamed .conf files into .conf.in so the placeholder for the regress folder can be replaced by the actual path on the build host. - replaced the user specific paths by the mentioned placeholder @regressdir@ that in turn will be replaced during the cmake configuration run.
