Debian builds for riak #202

Right now, binary releases are shipped for a handful of Ubuntu versions, but nothing for Debian.

We'd like to see Squeeze binaries at least for riak (also riak CS).

@wfarr I'm making new builders as we transition datacenters, I'll make a Squeeze builder while I'm at it since there has been a lot of demand for it.
