Reopening using projectile-run-vterm-other-window doesn't open on other window #1835

projectile-run-vterm-other-window work fine the first time. When we run it but once the window is closed and reopened the second time with the same command. It doesn't open on the other window.

Expected behavior
projectile-run-vterm-other-window always opens project scoped vterm in other window.

Actual behavior
projectile-run-vterm-other-window opens project scoped vterm in current window when reopening after closing.

Steps to reproduce the problem
Run M-x projectile-run-vterm-other-window
Close the window
Run M-x projectile-run-vterm-other-window again

Projectile version: Projectile 20230317.1101

Emacs version

28.2

Operating system

I use Arch BTW
