Tool for uploading attachments to a Jira Issue.
If you already have golang installed you can quickly install this tool with the following command.
go get -u github.com/bboughton/jiraattach
Basic usage is jiraattach issue-key /path/to/file. For a full list
of all options and arguments run jiraattach -h.
