The DEV environment is up-to-date, additional work will be required to move changes to TEST since also TheOrgBook will probably need to be redeployed, and we will want to preserve the current test data.

I re-squashed the commit where I restored the old manage script, which I didn't realize I had nuked in the first place. Looking at what updates it may need now.

Please update the git ignore file to ignore .DS_Store.
Jenkins pipeline scripts need to be updated to build/deploy the proper components.

Proxy environment setting for FRASER_VALLEY_AGENT_HOST needs to be fraser-valley-health-authority, otherwise you get a bad gateway error when trying to register with the fraser-valley-health-authority agent.

I totally forgot about the Jenkinsfiles, sorry. They should now match the new project structure.

The root .gitignore already has a rule for .DS_Store files, the ones I removed were probably leftovers that had already been committed to the repo prior to the .gitignore being updated.
