with:

from the command line:

Darwinize data with darwinize_names
(replace bdDwC:::data_reptiles
with wanted dataset):
result <- darwinize_names(data_user = bdDwC:::data_reptiles,
data_dwc = bdDwC:::data_darwin_cloud$data)
Rename your data using bdDwC
with rename_user_data
:
# Replace `bdDwC:::data_reptiles` with wanted dataset
rename_user_data(bdDwC:::data_reptiles, result)
To get newest version of Darwin Cloud Data run:
download_cloud_data()
which will download data from the remote repository and extract field and standard names.
