Is there a way to install this package with option Install development headers and libraries for C and C++?

I ran the installer with the /SAVEINF= flag to capture the switches needed to install the dev stuff...

[Setup]
Lang=default
Dir=C:\Program Files\ImageMagick-6.8.9-Q16
Group=ImageMagick 6.8.9 Q16 (64-bit)
NoIcons=0
Tasks=desktop_icon,modifypath,install_devel

I think that would work best with the /MERGETASKS= switch, which states

Like the /TASKS parameter, except the specified tasks will be merged with the set of tasks that would have otherwise been selected by default.

I've changed the package so that it doesn't install the development headers by default, but only when you pass -PackageParameters InstallDevelopmentHeaders=true to choco install
