The README is inaccurate. SMTPD_SSL_CERTS_PATH no longer exists in 0.5.2

The README accurately describes how to config certs

An obsolete reference existed in the README to ssl_certs_path that was
removed in version 0.5.2.

- reference removed in the table of config properties
- removed explanation of how the certificates are loaded and the
  order of precedence since it is now redundant.

@holly-evans, Thanks for taking the time to report this issue. A correction will be on the main branch shortly and then included as part of version 0.5.3 once released.
