Also removes the twitter notification channel offered by the Notifications extension.
I'm not sure that anyone was using this. Regardless, the management burden for the
twittergem is too high.The latest stable release
7.0.0was released just over 3 years ago (the recently released newest version8.0.0.rc.1is a release candidate).This causes numerous gem version conflicts and it is not something I want to deal with for something that is likely only used by a tiny fraction of the user base.
