Following on #2, I have some stub documents

The CONTRIBUTING here would be the canonical copy that is copied everywhere, which goes to the main one

I thought that having pybee.com/contributing might be a good idea, so I've cleaned up the HTML a bit, and copied it out to a new file. The copy probably needs work, but I think it's a good start.

I'm tempted to either link to, or use, the copy from https://github.com/DjangoGirls/tutorial/blob/master/README.md

Yes - this is a great start. A few comments:

When I set up the page, I adopted the Python Code of Conduct just because. However, discussions around the DSF brought to my attention that many people feel the Python Code of Conduct and Diversity statement were heavily watered down by the committee process, and they weren't happy with them (especially the diversity statement). Django has a much stronger diversity statement as a result.

As for the code of conduct, I think I'd rather point at an established public project with a focus on CoC issues (like Contributor Covenant). This is essentially for the same reason you don't roll your own license - you use MIT/BSD/GPL, so that everyone knows what to expect.

Adding the DjangoGirls text for contributing also sounds like a good idea - I'd say borrow the copy, rather than link, because there are going to be some specifics that don't apply to PyBee.

Ok, the Contributor Covenant is now in there.

I've also rejigged the DjangoGirls content to point to VOC as an example repo to edit, including screenshots.
