Mockups
Here are our first mockups on the feature "managing role members". It is only a preview so, it may have some changes in the final User Interface.
To see all role lists, the user chooses the role list tab. There, he can see all the different roles created in Dolomite. Then, he could choose the role he wants to see members. Once a user choosed a role, he has a preview of the members in the role. He can see who has recently joined or left the role. The user can add or delete a member of the role.
Warning: a user can add or delete another member only if he belong to this role. A user who doesn't belong to a role can't delete or add a member to this role. The "add a member" and unsuscribe buttons will be disabled in that case.
By hitting the "add a member" button, a user will be able to add any Dolomite suscriber. He will just type the (real) name of the person he wants to add and then choose him between the people who match the name. He can only add one member at the time.
The same way a user can add a member, he can delete another member. The user has to be part of the role before deleting another member. As this project is a "Directory Led By Members", any member of the same role can delete or add any Dolomite subscriber.
A user can add a new role to the list. He just needs to click on the icon next to "Add a role". Then, the user has to give a name to the role and to create it.
The user can access to this page by clicking on the community tab. From this page, the user can see the community list and even add a new community. He just has to put the community name, his application and write his welcome message.
The same way the user can see the role list, add a new role and even delete an existing role.
By this page, we could provide a whole view about user's activities listed by role, showed by the length and color of bars.
- Black : activity during the last 24 hours
- Dark gray : activity during the last week
- Light gray : activity during the last month
- White : activity during the last year
For example :
The length of the bars matched with user's activities over the selected time. If the length of black bars is longer than the dark grey one, which means that most of his activities happened over the 24 hours.
He can use the combobox on the right to define the time laps, if the user want to know the activity for the last week or the last month for example.

This screen allows to show some information about an user. When an user is arriving on this page, it shows his own profile. On the left part of the profile, a search engine allows to search an user in order to display his profile. The search results are updated at each keystroke. On the right part, the information are displayed: the sponsor, the users sponsored (each of those users are clickable in order to show their own profile) and their email allowing to browse from a user to his sponsor or sponsored members.
