Postpone task X days

Added dialog to allow user to postpone a task a given number of days.

Hopefully I didn’t break anything and next time I’ll be able to do it without as much difficulty.

It all merged in smoothly (I haven't built it yet, but I will when I get
home from work).

Not deciding to throw the towel in and just keep your changes to yourself
took patience, and the project's the better for it :-)
