Sample Network E2E Test not running properly in the last month.

In recent coding, Sample Network E2E Test always exceed the default maximum running time of GitHub Actions: 6 hours and then fail.

In fact, there is a problem with the github action of the Sample Network E2E Test.

For many "green check" tests, you will find that you will fail without running the test completely.

After merge pull request #71 in 2023-02-01T17:57:51+08:00 the error log is Error from server (NotFound): deployments.apps "org1-peer1" not found. #71

After merge pull request #95 in 2023-02-09T11:27:18+08:00 the test encountered an error earlier: Post "https://test-network-org0-ca-ca.localho.st:443/enroll": x509: certificate is valid for ingress.local, not test-network-org0-ca-ca.localho.st #95

There are some fixes that need to be synced upstream here:
