README TOC links not rendered on Docker registry #11

Looking at https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/bgruening/galaxy-blast/ the table of contents (TOC) with its built-in links does not get rendered nicely. The markdown looks fine here on GitHub though: https://github.com/bgruening/docker-recipes/blob/master/galaxy-blast/README.md
