You can just create a new PR again IUC. You need to keep the bgruening in the shed.yml and remove the folder in this repo here once its merged on IUC. |

This PR relates to the existing PR #1421 to update the hifiasm tool.
The current PR fixes a minor linting error and updates the test data.
Additionally, the idea is to move the tool from
bgruening/galaxytoolstoIUC. Could you please guide me how can this be done?Thanks and Best!
