compatibility with Omeka S 4

Omeka S version 4 will be released soon.

The Ldap module is compatible with Omeka S up to versions 3. Is it also compatible with version 4 or are there any changes?

I just tested it with v4.0.0-rc and it works.
The pull request is ready (#12) so as soon as Omeka S 4.0.0 is released, I'll release a new version of this module that will be compatible.

Omeka S 4.0.0 is not released yet, but I believe it won't be too different from 4.0.0-rc so we just released 0.4.0 which is compatible with it
