Moving on with #14713.

This PR will:

  • Add bbb-learning-dashboard/deploy.sh
  • Add bbb-learning-dashboard/run-dev.sh
  • Small improvement to bigbluebutton-html5/run-dev.sh

Do you specify anywhere about the --reset option? It would be good to update the 2.5 dev docs about these changes
