This minor update resolves a few reported client/server exceptions and some updates to closed captions for screen readers.

  • Change unsafe Users inserts to updates #7743
  • Fix audio input selector #7741
  • Fix HTML5 server exceptions #7742
  • Fix accessibility issues in closed captions #7738

Thanks to Jenny and other members of the community that pointed out the exceptions and gave us steps to reproduce.
