changed from "adam-local" to "adam-submit" where requested. also added link to the "small.sam" file for context.

I'm having trouble using the "adam-submit" command with the example, which assumes that the input file is already located somewhere on hdfs:// maprfs://.

If we want to use "adam-submit" in the examples then a preamble is required to stage the data into the DFS.
